Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TurnkeyTCG, LLC, doing business as YourCAO (“YourCAO,” “we,” “us”), handles information collected through www.yourcao.com, our consulting and automation services, and the yourCAO Lead Alerts text message program. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and intro-call forms: your name, email address, company, and anything you write in the message box.
• AI Fit Check: your answers to the quiz and, if you choose to send them, your contact details.
• yourCAO Lead Alerts sign-up: your business name and website, your name and email, the name and mobile number of each person who should get alerts, and a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser type).

Lead details from client websites

When we run yourCAO Lead Alerts for a business, the forms on that business's website send us what their visitors enter (typically a name, phone number, email address, and message) so we can text the business about the new lead. We handle that information on the business's behalf and use it only to deliver the alert and keep a log of it for that business.

Information collected automatically

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. Our hosting providers also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

• To reply to you and schedule the calls you ask for.
• To provide the services you hire us for.
• To send the text alerts you signed up for and keep a record of your consent.
• To block spam and abuse and keep our systems secure.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the messaging providers that deliver our texts on our behalf (for example, Twilio and the wireless carriers), and only for that purpose. All of the sharing described in the next section excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

You can stop yourCAO Lead Alerts texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Full program terms are in the SMS Terms.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our services, under agreements that limit their use of it to that work:

• Vercel (website hosting and analytics)
• Supabase (database for Lead Alerts)
• Twilio (text message delivery)
• Resend (email delivery for our contact forms)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as they're useful for the conversation they started. Consent records for yourCAO Lead Alerts are kept while a number is enrolled and for as long afterward as we need them to show that consent was given. Lead details forwarded from a client's website are kept while that business uses Lead Alerts so they can see their alert history, and are deleted when the business asks or stops using the service.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop yourCAO Lead Alerts messages.
• Email hello@yourcao.com to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep what we collect to the minimum we need.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle SMS opt-in data will not apply to consent you gave before the change without asking you again.
