Terms of Use

These terms apply to www.yourcao.com and to the yourCAO Lead Alerts text message program, both run by TurnkeyTCG, LLC, doing business as YourCAO (“YourCAO,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or enrolling a phone number in the program, you agree to them. Paid engagements are also covered by the written agreement for that engagement, which controls if the two conflict.

SMS Terms: yourCAO Lead Alerts

• Program: yourCAO Lead Alerts sends text alerts to the owners and staff of YourCAO clients when a new lead submits a form on the client's website. Each alert includes the lead's name, phone number, email address, and a short excerpt of their message. You also get a one-time confirmation text when your number is enrolled.
• How you join: enter your mobile number on the yourCAO Lead Alerts sign-up page and check the consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: varies. You get one text for each lead your website receives.
• Costs: Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. To start again, reply START or sign up again.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@yourcao.com.
• Delivery: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts depend on your carrier and coverage, so keep your existing email notifications on as a backup.
• Your number: only enroll numbers you own or have permission to enroll, and tell us if a number changes hands so we can remove it.
• Privacy: we never sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in data for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

Using this site

You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't try to disrupt it, access parts of it that aren't public, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date at the top of the page when we do. If we make a material change to the SMS terms, we'll let enrolled numbers know.
