How much does a small business website cost with YourCAO?
The website is part of a monthly plan: $600, $1,200 or $2,000 a month depending on how much of Dallas-Fort Worth you want to show up in, plus a one-time setup fee of $1,500 to $3,500 that's waived on a 12-month agreement. Hosting, updates, lead tracking and monthly edits are included, so there's no separate web host or developer to pay.
Why does an AI company build websites?
Because that's usually where the money is. When we look at a local service business, the biggest leak is rarely a back-office workflow. It's being invisible outside your hometown and leads that wait hours for an answer. Fixing the website, the Google listing and the follow-up pays back faster than anything else, so we do that part ourselves. Market Leader adds faster follow-up (instant replies, missed-call text-back, review-request texts), more content, link building and hours of AI help. Most service businesses belong on Growth.
Do we own our website?
Your domain, content and photos are always yours. The website itself is yours once setup is paid, either up front or by finishing a 12-month agreement. If you leave before then, pay the setup fee and we hand over everything.
We already have a website and a blog. What happens to them?
We move them. Every old page and post either keeps its address or redirects to its replacement, so you keep the search ranking it has earned. On recent rebuilds we moved every post, 72 on one site and 88 on another, and checked every old address before the switch.
Who writes the blog and social posts?
We do, from your input. Send a voice memo after a job or a few notes and we turn it into a post in your voice, and you can review anything before it goes up. Social posts use your own job photos. We don't use AI images to show work you didn't do.
How long until we see results on Google?
The site is ready for your review in two to three weeks. Rankings move more slowly: expect four to twelve weeks before Google and Maps catch up to a rebuilt site. That's why Growth and Market Leader re-score you against your competitors every quarter, so you can see the movement.
How does the discount for a second business work?
If the same owners run more than one business, each additional business gets 15% off its plan. All of them share one monthly call and report, and each keeps its own website, Google profile and invoice. Two businesses on Growth come to $2,220 a month instead of $2,400.
